Henok Mebratu personally edits and grades, with four feature films and more than ten documentaries cut in house, so post is a core discipline here rather than a bolt-on to the fixing service.
Post as a core skill, not an add-on
Most fixers stop when the truck leaves. We do not, because the founder of this company is an editor and colourist first. Four feature films, more than ten documentaries and over a hundred and fifty commercials have been cut and graded in house, including work screened at the African Union, the European Union headquarters in Brussels and the United Nations General Assembly.
That matters on the shoot as well as after it. A crew led by someone who will have to cut the material shoots coverage that actually assembles.

Transcription and subtitling done properly
Machine transcription of Amharic is still poor, and it is worse for Afaan Oromo, Tigrinya, Somali and Afar. A mistranslated interview line has ended more than one documentary's credibility. We transcribe and translate with native speakers, timecode everything, and flag where a phrase carries a meaning that the literal translation loses.
Editors working abroad get a timecoded English transcript they can cut from directly, plus the original-language transcript for reference.
